We currently list eligible destinations throughout the United States. Order processing typically takes 1–3 business days. Orders submitted before 6:00 PM generally begin processing on the same business day when it is a business day; orders submitted later, on weekends, or on holidays generally begin processing on the next business day.
Our stated shipping policy lists DHL and UPS® as carriers, with estimated transit times of 5–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier operations, weather, customs procedures, or other circumstances.

6. Order Cancellations

We do not offer direct exchanges under our current returns process. Customers seeking a different item may request an eligible return and place a separate order.
For ordinary eligible returns, we generally initiate refund processing within 1–3 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are generally sent to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional time for funds to appear.
